Hello!! Thank you to everybody who subscribed- I was so happy to see everyone who was interested in this website!! :)
I thought I would kick off our first official blog post with a little introduction to why I am so infatuated with Costco.
I actually used to live in Washington state, and my local Costco was in Kirkland, Washington! Kirkland is where Costco's headquarters were located (hence their brand name Kirkland Signature), so I grew up loving Costco and shopping there with my family. My parents would go there every week, and I would always look forward to Costco trips and of COURSE, all of the samples 😍😍😍
I've always seen Costco as a sanctuary of bliss and happiness. I will always remember absolutely devouring their $1.50 hot dogs and handing the receipt to the receipt-checkers for a smiley face.
Eventually, my family moved to Massachusetts, and I was blessed to find that we had a couple of local Costcos nearby! Going into high school and onwards, my life has been absolutely hectic and unpredictable, but I still always look forward to my weekly Costco trip on the weekends (or, used to before Corona hit).
Costco has always been, and will continue to be, my all time favorite store. Everytime I enter Costco, I know I can set aside one hour of time just for myself and explore 🔎 🔎 🔎
Not to mention, I absolutely love the samples- I feel like they really make each experience a flavorful and unique adventure. I also love how Costco literally has everything- food, clothing, toilets, giant teddy bears, etc. I always see something new on the shelves, or foods I've never tried being sampled, so that I'm always falling in love with something new at Costco. And to top it all of, they have quality products at unbeatable prices.
I definitely think my level of obsession with Costco is slightly strange, but I am unapologetically myself and love the community of Costco lovers @costco_buddies has been able to foster 🥰🥰🥰
